What is Couples Therapy?

Couples Therapy is a form of talking therapy designed to improve understanding, resolve conflict, and strengthen emotional and sexual connection between partners. Our role is to act as a neutral facilitator, helping both people explore their perspectives, identify unhelpful patterns, and develop healthier ways of relating.

Our therapist use a systemic approach when working with couples. Sessions may involve reflective discussion, behavioural exercises, and communication strategies to practise between sessions. By learning to recognise and express needs clearly, couples can begin to rebuild closeness, mutual respect, and trust.
