Life can feel confusing or difficult at times, especially if sex no longer feels fun or flows like it used to. Or if you're going through relationship ups and downs, and don't feel your relationship is the warm and welcoming place you would like it to be for both of you. Therapy can help you explore and work through the challenges that life throws.
At South East Sex Therapy, we provide specialist support for individuals and couples experiencing challenges with intimacy, sexuality, and relationships. Our team of COSRT-Accredited Psychosexual and Relationship Therapists combines over 40 years of clinical expertise, bringing together NHS experience, evidence-based knowledge, and a compassionate understanding of the complexities that affect sexual wellbeing and connection.
We believe that everyone deserves to enjoy healthy, fulfilling relationships — with themselves and with others. Whether you are struggling with sexual confidence, desire discrepancy, communication issues, or the emotional impact of trauma, our goal is to provide you with a safe and supportive space to explore, heal, and grow.

South East Sex Therapy is a team of COSRT Accredited Psychosexual and Relationship therapists. Our aim is to support individuals and couples who face challenges during intimacy and/or their relationship/s.
Each member of our team adheres to the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists (COSRT) code of ethics, ensuring our practice meets the highest professional and ethical standards.
All of our therapists have extensive experience within the NHS, giving them a good understanding of a wide range of clinical presentations and levels of complexity. We value diversity and inclusivity. Our practice offers affirmative care for all sexualities, genders, abilities, cultures, and beliefs. We welcome into our practice LGBTQIA+ clients and those exploring identity, sexual expression, and relationship structures such as non-monogamy or kink, within a non-judgemental environment.

We provide a range of specialist services designed to meet the needs of our clients throughout the South East, Kent and UK wide online.
Relationships can be strained by communication breakdowns, life transitions, loss of intimacy, or betrayal. Couples Therapy provides a safe space to explore challenges, rebuild connection, and improve emotional understanding.
This specialist form of talking therapy addresses sexual difficulties such as low desire, pain conditions, erectile or ejaculation issues, anorgasmia, and anxiety about sex. It can also support those exploring identity, orientation, or sexual expression. Therapy focuses on helping you rebuild confidence, enhance pleasure, and achieve positive change.
We work compassionately with clients experiencing out-of-control sexual behaviours, including excessive pornography use or repeated affairs. Our approach helps clients stabilise, uncover the underlying causes, and rebuild a balanced relationship with their behaviour. We also offer Therapy to partners who have felt betrayed by the Compulsive Sexual Behaviours.
One of our therapist is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) — a highly effective, evidence-based treatment for trauma and PTSD. EMDR helps process distressing memories safely without reliving the full experience.
We regularly host events that promote open, informed conversations around sexual wellbeing and relationships. These sessions are designed for personal development and community learning.
Our therapists understand that difficulties with intimacy and relationships can feel isolating or overwhelming. We offer a collaborative and reflective approach that helps you make sense of what is happening and work towards meaningful, lasting change.
Our therapy is trauma-informed and culturally sensitive, ensuring that your experiences are heard, respected, and understood. Sessions move at your own pace, allowing you to feel safe as you explore sensitive or personal issues.
We offer both individual and couples therapy, with the flexibility to meet in person or online. Appointments are available at various of times and days.
