Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist- AccCOSRT
Anna is an integrative Psychosexual and Relationship therapist Accredited with COSRT(College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists) offering both short and long-term therapy, in English and Italian.
Since starting her career as a generic counsellor helping people with depression, anxiety and stress- she has undertaken further training in psychosexual and relationship therapy to be able to support both individuals and couples who face challenges during intimacy.
Anna has over 8 years working as a Psychosexual therapist in different organisational settings (busy London practices, the charitable sector and the Psychosexual service in the NHS) helping people from different walks of life. Her approach is integrative with behavioural interventions, mindfulness and compassion-focused.
Anna is a trauma informed therapist and has experience working with people who have difficulty during sex due to the impact of past-trauma.
Anna has a clinical interest in supporting with women & their partners copying with pain-related sexual difficulties and the emotional toll on intimacy and confidence. Anna is a Kink-aware ally with a clinical focus on supporting clients in diverse relational and sexual contexts.
Anna is committed to affirming and inclusive care. She works collaboratively with her clients to gently explore their concerns, supporting them to find their inner resources needed for change and to move addressing their own individual needs.

Barbara is a Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist Accredited with COSRT (College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists) and BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy), Counsellor and Supervisor. She has been working with individuals and couples for over 25 years. Barbara is a Sex-Positive Therapist and welcomes clients with diverse sexual expression.
Barbara offers short and long-term therapy either in person or online. She has worked for the NHS Talking Therapies, where she delivered individual and couple therapy, and within Psychosexual services in the NHS.
Barbara offers bespoke therapy based around your personal goals, using a variety of therapeutic interventions and Counselling modalities. Psychosexual and couple work also involves some between-session tasks which are chosen and graded to support clients to move towards change and improvement of sexual difficulties.
Barbara is a Supervisor for Counsellors and allied professionals, privately and for a local Counselling Service. She offers Individual or Group Supervision.
Whatever your sexual identity or expression is, or where differing cultures meet in a relationship, Barbara can work to support you in an affirming, compassion way. Barbara’s clinical interests include the assessment and treatment of low sexual desire, as well as working affirmatively with clients engaged in unconventional relationship structures, including kink-involved dynamics and men who have sex with men (MSM).
Some sexual difficulties are affected by past negative experiences, Barbara works in a trauma informed way using EMDR (Eye movement, Desensitisation and Reprocessing) either in face-to-face sessions or via an online platform to help process unpleasant experiences, safely.

Caroline is a COSRT-accredited Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist. She works as a therapist in the NHS and in private practice. Caroline has taught modules on sexual pain disorders and their management.
Caroline works with individuals and couples. She draws on a variety of therapeutic models. She works in an affirming way, respecting clients’ autonomy and individuality. She is committed to diversity, ensuring all clients to feel seen, heard and understood, whatever their background, gender and sexual orientation. She is experienced in working with non-binary clients, people who are transitioning, and people with chronic health conditions.
Caroline worked as a Registered General Nurse in the NHS for 22 years, and as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Women’s Health at The Royal Women’s Hospital, in Melbourne. She worked as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in sexual health services (NHS), and in cancer care, gynaecology, in vulval dermatology clinics and HIV management.
Caroline has a strong interest in menopause and sexuality (both “normal” menopause and early menopause after cancer treatment). Her work as a menopause nurse specialist sparked her passion for supporting women to adjusting to the physiological and psychological changes experienced during menopause. She is committed to help women during and after menopause revitalise their connection with their sexual selves.
As a therapist, Caroline has supported many women and couples experiencing sexual difficulties when trying to conceive. Also, women experiencing sexual difficulties after traumatic childbirth.
Caroline enjoys working with clients navigating open relationships and consensual non- monogamy.
